🔄Return Policy
At Jihan Building Materials, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the items are unused, unopened, and in original condition. Due to the nature of our products, cement, paint, chemicals, waterproofing materials, and special-order items are non-returnable. Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
